Your pre-approval will help us work together to select a house plan that suits your unique situation. We will build you a home that you love and that you can afford, but we need to have your pre-approval to start the planning process.
We begin by getting you pre-approved to establish the budget that will help us make the layout, design, and cosmetic decisions that will go into your home.
Getting pre-approved is simple and easy and you can get started today by selecting one of the lenders below.
Once you are pre-approved, we’ll sit down and I’ll walk you through the entire process. This is a general information meeting where I will walk you through the process, answer any questions you have, and make sure you are comfortable with the entire process.
When we are done with the initial meeting, you’ll understand the process and be ready to start!
This is maybe the most exciting part of the whole process!
Based on your individual needs and budget, we will work together to help you pick the appropriate plan for your home.
